U.S. Yogic Flyers Invited to World Peace Month
Fairfield is going to be hopping this July! Invite all your friends from around the country to come for World Peace Month. They can participate in TSR or CCP, help keep dome numbers high during this critical time--and have the time of their lives while they are at it.
Many activities are planned. Visitors can catch up on the latest knowledge from Maharishi, tour Sthapatya Veda homes, attend the Guru Purnima celebration, or visit one of the Maharishi Ayurveda clinics.
Picnics and swimming are planned at Lakes Darling and Keosauqua. Access to area sports and outdoor activities will be provided. Day trips and concerts at Waterworks Park are scheduled for each week.
A Job Fair and Business Networking Luncheon will provide an opportunity for visitors to get advice for moving a business or creating a business here. Visitors can tour local companies for a firsthand look at Fairfield businesses. They'll learn what it's really like to live in Fairfield during family and social life discussions and tours of Maharishi School of the Age of Enlightenment.
TTC and CIC reunions, including the 20th Anniversary Reunion of the Amherst Course, will give everyone a chance to catch up with old friends. And there will be a Trade Fair--just like the old days! Dome Community Dining will organize meals after program.
Child care during program will be available, and Pioneer Day Camp will provide preschool and elementary children with supervised activities and outdoor play.
Housing is being organized on campus and in town. Those who would like to open their homes to visitors should call (515) 469-2720. Visitors can also camp at nearby parks.
